Start screen with language selection, the function room planner is available in German and English.
Enter the number of participants to limit selectable rooms to the ones fitting. The number is also used for the configuration of the seating.
Selection of the fitting meeting room. Only the ones fitting the number of persons are selectable. The rooms show further information when hovering with the mouse.
Select a seating.
Customize the seating to your needs. Drag and drop additional tables and chairs into the meeting room. You can copy, rotate, move and delete all elements.
Select the required conference technology and drag it into the room.
Having finished all steps you can print the meeting plan, send it with additional information to the hotel for an RFP or save the room plan as PDF.
Sending the meeting plan with all details to the hotel makes it easy for the hotel to create a perfect offer.
